How is my inquiry handled?
Booking opens Calendly, where you share your name, email and a short description of what you need. Appointment details are handled through Calendly and Google Calendar, with the video call on Google Meet. The project-brief tool keeps your draft in your browser until you choose to send it. We use your inquiry details to respond and discuss your project.
What does the $497 AI prototype do?
It tests one answering or drafting task inside an agreed existing platform. We confirm where your team will open it and what you receive before quoting. It does not take external actions or connect to other tools. Integrated agents and custom applications receive a separate scope and quote.
Do I need a monthly support plan?
No. Handover is included. We help arrange hosting and launch, then quote any additional setup or ongoing support for your project. Domain, hosting, software and AI usage costs are explained before you commit.
What do I need to provide?
For a website, start with your services, approved wording, logo and any photos you want to use. For an AI prototype, we agree on the task, approved source documents and example questions. We identify missing inputs and any separate writing or setup work before starting.
Do you guarantee leads or sales?
No. We agree on specific improvements and how to measure them. Traffic, lead quality, and sales depend on other factors too. If there is no usable history, we establish a starting point.
Can you work with my industry?
We work remotely with small businesses across the US. We start with your needs and check whether the tools, information and scope are a practical fit.
What happens on the free call?
You meet Matthew and Aaron for a 30-minute video conversation about your business and one priority. If there is a good fit, we follow up with a written scope, costs and a realistic schedule. You do not need to choose a package before the call.
